Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicating with potential job candidates
2. Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings
3. Managing HR records including, r sum s, applicant logs, and employee forms
4. Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion
5. Issuing new employees with enrolment documents
6. Responding to HR-related queries within the company
7. Maintaining employee confidentiality
8. Assisting with the distribution of training material
