Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using InternsKart as either a job seeker or a hiring company, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

InternsKart acts as a bridge connecting talented candidates with top employers. By creating an account, you enter into a legally binding agreement with InternsKart. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for any changes.

Section 2

Terms for Candidates

As a Candidate using InternsKart to find internships or full-time opportunities, you agree to the following strictly enforced rules:

Accuracy of Information

All information in your profile — resume, qualifications, GPA, skills, and work experience — must be 100% accurate and truthful. Falsifying academic records or experience results in an immediate permanent ban.

Professional Conduct

Maintain professionalism in all communications with employers. If you accept an interview invitation or job offer, you are expected to honor that commitment or provide adequate professional notice if you must decline.

Application Integrity

Only apply for roles where you meet the core requirements. Spamming applications regardless of qualification is prohibited and may trigger automated account suspension.

No Fees — Ever

InternsKart will never charge a candidate to apply. If an employer asks for money, a "security deposit," or payment for training — report them to us immediately via the report button on their listing.

Section 3

Terms for Employers

As an Employer, HR Representative, or Recruiter utilizing InternsKart, you agree to uphold the highest standards of hiring ethics:

Legitimate Opportunities Only

All posted internships and jobs must be genuine, actively hiring positions. MLM schemes, pyramid schemes, or "pay-to-work" programs are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account removal.

Zero-Fee Policy

Employers are strictly prohibited from asking candidates for application fees, registration fees, security deposits, or requiring them to purchase courses or equipment as a condition of employment.

Candidate Data Privacy

Resume and contact data obtained through InternsKart may only be used for the specific role posted. Selling or sharing candidate data to third-party agencies is a violation of these terms and data protection laws.

Accurate Listings

Stipends, salaries, and requirements must be clearly and accurately stated. Unpaid internships must be clearly labeled and comply with local labour laws. Misleading listings will be removed without notice.

Account Verification

InternsKart reserves the right to request official company documentation (such as a GST/CIN certificate) to verify the legitimacy of your business before approving your account or making your job postings public. This is to protect our candidate community.

Section 4

General Rules & Liability

Platform Disruption

You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from InternsKart. Any attempt to compromise platform security, overload our infrastructure, or upload malicious code will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

InternsKart acts purely as a facilitator between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment for candidates, nor do we guarantee the performance of any candidate to employers. We are not liable for any disputes, lost wages, or damages arising from your use of the platform.

Account Termination

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, disable, or permanently delete any account — without prior notice — if we determine the user has violated any of these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or harmed the reputation of the platform or its community.
